Though Inventory Management Systems has become a somewhat a ‘given’ in any ERP systems, ours is completely tailored to suit your industry.  We completely redesigned our Inventory Management in such a way, after a lot of market research – also to ensure that it is not a cookie cutter solution, to suit your daily needs and fulfill requirements.

a.Stock Intake

Typically stock comes in after purchase and entered here with a barcode label printed on it. The barcode id is a unique id for individual items. The items are not categorized for a reason.  Most items other than nuts and bolts comes under this category as they are heavy and bigger in sizes. This helps you to easily give out stocks to whoever is authorized to and also easily keep track of the item.

The items entered after purchase are tallied and after submitted becomes a list below the form.  In fact, throughout our software, in order for even a 10th grade educated person can follow and operate, there is a common theme that we follow, which is that the top part of any page will have a form while the bottom be the listing of the data entered.

The moment stocks are properly entered, its tallied with the tax amount, this way you can easily check if the bill actually equals the net total providing you once again with the ability to stop pilferage as a lot of theft happens here in this particular area.

b.Stock Exhaust (Stock Out)

While Issuing the stock, a person can simply use the wireless POS reader and scan the item and immediately all the details are filled out automagically thereby preventing a lot of waiting period while issuing the stocks.

Some of the stocks are returnable (like the teeth of a Poclain for example). This can even be recorded and kept track of so that none of the products go missing after issuance. In fact we even show a flag to make sure that the product is returnable and if it hasn’t been returned, its easily tracked to the issuer and the person issued to and make them accountable.

The moment stock is given out, the total is tallied in such a way that you may even setup notification when a certain item is on the ‘low’. This prevents you from any stoppage of your unit and therefore reduction in the profit margins.

Here too, since everything is recorded, we prevent theft and pilferage as much as possible, provided all recommended processes are followed throughout.
